About Shari
Shari Orland, raised in central New Jersey, is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, practicing full-time in South Palm Beach County. She has vast experience, in the Boca Raton real estate market, including luxury waterfront condos, single-family homes, working with relocation for Doctors and other professionals, and international and domestic investors purchasing for long-term home ownership in the rental or investment arena. Her experience for Boca Raton includes a wide spectrum of clients including first-time home buyers, snowbirds, and now a large population of“snowflakes”, who are migrating here for weekends and enjoying more than seasonal visits. Shari will provide residents looking to upgrade their current housing needs. She’s a daughter of long-time original “snowbirds”, thus becoming very familiar with living the country club lifestyle, and knowledgeable about the amenities of the area, all of which have helped her tremendously when she moved here full-time from NY/ NJ.
