Her work helped shift the landscape of one of Atlanta’s most historic communities, bringing new investment, renewed hope, and long-term opportunity to an area once overrun with blight. In 2022, Sharika expanded her real estate practice to Tennessee, earning her license and establishing a strong presence in the Nashville market. Since then, she has successfully represented builders and investors in the strategic acquisition of vacant lots and redevelopment opportunities for clients such as LNP Development, CRC Group LLC, and Stonegate LLC, where she now manages multiple residential listings.
