Sharon takes an individually tailored + diligent approach to assist clients in buying, selling & investing in the Triangle Area of NC. Sharon’s client-centered approach has been refined over years working throughout the finest neighborhoods, alongside some of the Triangle's best real estate colleagues.
Keenly aware of the region's continually changing market, Sharon provides clients overviews while keeping them informed about local particularities. She draws on her 40+ years living, working and raising a family in Cary, Raleigh & Chapel Hill, and brings knowledge of the area’s schools & lifestyle activities.
With a business degree from UNC Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School, as well as experience in marketing & sales when working with exceptional companies, Sharon creates an informed strategy for marketing and negotiation. This knowledge paired with her extensive network of real estate professionals gives her clients a distinct advantage when selling their homes for the highest & best; buying the home they desire for the best price, and investing successfully.
Sharon lives in Cary with her husband & Jetty, her puppy dog. After school years in the Triangle, her 2 sons have happy lives & successful careers in Manhattan (COO of Element) & Philadelphia (Architect). As time allows, she loves time with them, with her family along the NC coast, and with friends anywhere & everywhere. Throughout the Triangle, she loves the museums, events, & restaurants, as well as the extensive area gardens, trails & parks.
