"Sharon Held was an excellent listener and persistent in finding me worthy properties that met my criteria. I never felt like I was ever being led around to see something that fit anyone's agenda except my own. When I finally decided on a property to purchase she shared convincing reasons why I was making the right long-term choice. It has been a smooth process. I plan to work with her again." - Jeremy

"Sharon Held helped me find my dream apartment when I moved from London to New York 3 years ago. She was extremely hardworking and professional and affable and found very many listings that fit my criteria and spent a lot of days showing me the properties, explaining the NY market and how the purchase would work. When it came time to buy , she assisted me step by step with all the requirements and documents , and advice on insurance and more. She is always available to answer questions - quick to return calls and has an extensive local's knowledge of New York. She also assisted my newly graduated daughter in finding a beautiful brownstone apartment rental near Central Park for her first residence after college, complete with an in-building owner who was like a grandmother and also became my friend. Sharon recommended this as she knew the owner from prior rentals and knew it would be a perfect fit for a young newcomer to the city and it was." - Frances

"Sharon Held was a sophisticated real estate broker with an fine sense of the market conditions and positioning my property for sale in Manhattan this past year. She understood the strategic issues for not only selling the apartment but sold it for above the asking price. Sharon offered reliable, well-priced professionals for all needed services e.g. real estate attorney, appraisers etc. She is 100% reliable, always goes the extra mile and knows the housing market through and through! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in Manhattan!" - Sheila

"Sharon defines professionalism. We handed off to her and ALL was taken care of despite a difficult Board. We totally endorse Sharon. Kent and Sue Belanger; formerly from 421 E84th St. NYC.." - Kent and Sue

"After my apartment was on the market for five months with another broker, I turned to Sharon Held for help. Her opening discussions about how she and her company does business sold me. In no time we had a buyer who the Board would approve. Sharon was very good working with NYC Coop Boards and knows what they expect from a potential buyer. Sharon is very easy to speak to and would always keep me updated on the results of the open houses. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the market and I am lucky to have her for my Broker." - Leona
