Our initial interaction was late in the spring 2023 to locate a seasonal rental for 2024. She located a fantastic place for us and even visited it personally, and facetimed with us, as we were out of town. Falling in love with the area, we decided to buy in the spring of 2024. There was never any question that Sharon would be our agent as her knowledge of the Naples/Bonita Springs market was immediately obvious and impressive. I grew up in the Philadelphia area, went to University of Rochester in NY, and then worked in Atlanta, New York City and Chicago, which taught me sales and relationship building, as well as the resilience to succeed wherever I am in the world.
