Sharon Rose Eaton began her real estate career in her hometown in Orlando, FL. She was a Realtor for a boutique luxury brokerage while studying in college at the University of Central Florida. During her undergraduate studies she decided to change courses with her career path and pursue a profession in entertainment. Sharon then moved to Los Angeles and made her way into the industry while continuing her education at the University of Phoenix. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. After years of hard work and dedication, she became the head of new talent development for the oldest boutique talent agency in Los Angeles. Four years forward, Sharon had an opportunity to branch out and establish her own company and make a name for herself. She took a leap of faith and opened her own boutique talent agency in her mid-twenties. With her knack for building relationships, negotiation skills, and drive she quickly grew her pool of clients. They starred in movies, TV shows, and major advertising campaigns such as Super Bowl commercials.

A new chapter of Sharon’s life began when she met her husband. She closed the chapter of owning her talent agency to focus on family life. They had an opportunity to move to Texas and quickly fell in love with Austin where they welcomed their son. Her entrepreneurial spirit, strong desire to be an inspiration to her son, and heart of always wanting to serve others brought her back in the real estate profession. She strongly believes in her ‘Client First Philosophy’ and continues to serve her clients with unparalleled service. Sharon is a true believer of paying it forward and encourages philanthropy in the community. She has established a business solely by her network and referrals. With her experience as a West coast talent agent, Sharon brings with her savvy negotiation skills, assertiveness, lively energy, and keen attention to detail. With her tenacity and determination, Sharon shortly became a top producer and continues to strive for excellence.
