About Shary
Shary’s path to real estate feels like a natural fit. With a background as a business owner, investor and former chemical engineer, she brings more than two decades of experience managing teams, budgets and complex projects across a range of industries. That experience shapes the way she works today --- steady, thoughtful and focused on helping her clients make informed decisions.
Whether working with a first-time buyer, a family preparing for their next chapter or an investor evaluating opportunities, Shary takes time to understand each client’s goals and priorities. She believes every move should feel clear, well-considered and thoughtfully aligned with her clients’ next chapter.
Since 2016, she has served as Owner and Investor at Gonzalez & Peck LLC, leading a residential real estate investment company focused on acquiring and managing properties for long-term value. Through that work, she has negotiated acquisitions and contracts, collaborated with contractors and tenants and built lasting professional relationships grounded in trust and reliability.
Her foundation in chemical engineering strengthened her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills --- tools she now applies to pricing strategy, negotiations and navigating transaction details. She combines that analytical mindset with a calm, approachable style that helps her clients feel supported throughout the process.
Fluent in Spanish, Shary is able to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel confident and fully informed at every step.
