About Sharyn

Since beginning her real estate career in 1995, Sharyn has established a reputation of extraordinary service and commitment to her clients. An alumna of the University of Massachusetts, she started in rentals, working her way up to rental manager with a Brookline real estate company. Now a Newton resident, she specializes in residential sales in Brookline, Newton, Needham, Brighton, Jamaica Plain, Boston Proper, and surrounding towns. Having grown up in Brookline with a mother who served the greater Boston community as an educator for over fifty years, she holds a deep appreciation for the area and the people she serves. Sharyn’s firsthand knowledge of the area, as well as her expert mediation skills and rapport within the real estate community, have gained her a loyal following of clients who enthusiastically refer her to their family and friends.

Sharyn has extensive expertise selling property to and for developers. This includes working with developers from the ground up, guiding and coordinating the various phases from beginning pricing analysis to the final sale. Sharyn assists with design input, marketing strategies, home staging, and finalizing closing documents.

Sharyn is an avid reader and supporter of local businesses and the arts, and is very involved in her nieces’ and nephew’s lives. Her nephew Ben is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Her niece Emily is currently attending Columbia Law. Her niece Sydney is studying graphic design at Winthrop University. And her niece Jen is working on her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Wheelock College. Additionally, Sharyn actively supports Boston Children’s Hospital as a Miracle Maker, and is honored to participate in their annual walk. Sharyn also supports the Brookline Youth Baseball program.
