As a self-made property chick, Shauntee knows what it takes to be a great realtor. The magic is in the people. Through her work as a realtor, she empowers her community by working with first time home buyers, first time investors, and others who do not know the ins and outs of the industry. She takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs and wants in order to find the best path for them. She is a part of the experience from start to finish whether it’s finding the perfect home or teaching how to make sound and profitable investments. Buying a home or investment property for the first time can be a daunting experience, but Shauntee takes away the stress and replaces it with fun and excitement.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Shauntee lives, works, and raises her four children as a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent. Before finding her calling in the real estate industry, she earned her Bachelor’s degree and worked as a social worker. She worked in a women’s and children’s shelter, investigated elder abuse cases, and more.
Her experience showed her women, particularly single mothers, struggling to own their own homes. She witnessed homes and property taken away from the elderly through gentrification and a lack of understanding their rights. Shauntee wanted to create change for women, elderly, and the disenfranchised in her community. She went back to school and earned her real estate license from the Fairmont Real-Estate Academy to empower and enable her community to create a better tomorrow for themselves and each other.
The mother of four beautiful children, Shauntee is a go-getter with drive and passion to help others and create a beautiful community for everyone to enjoy. She loves her kids and shows them every day what a strong independent woman looks like and can achieve. She doesn’t let anything hold her back.
