"Shawanda was a blessing sent to me. I was new to the area and I was in search of a realtor with local knowledge who would be concern with my needs as a client versus just selling me a home. I found everything I was looking for with Shawanda. I interviewed several realtors and she stood out from the rest because she took time to actually get to know me on a personal level, asking certain questions of my interest. I didn’t know at the time but she was mentally storing all of that information to help me not only find a home but the perfect location. She was very diligent during the entire process and was always 2 steps ahead, weather it was meeting for inspections, the builders, didn’t matter she was on top of it. She exceeded all of my expectations when it came to listening to my needs, communicating in a timing manner and answering my 100 of questions and asking questions that I would never thought to ask from the seller. She was very mindful of my time and budget and keep me focused on my goal. The market was (and still is) very competitive, however, she worked extra hard to make sure I was satisfied the entire time. She didn’t stop after the closing she kept in contact to make sure everything was/is going well. I highly recommend her as she is very talented at her craft and cares for you as a person first. "As a First-Time Homebuyer, I initially found the process of purchasing my first home, overwhelming. I had no idea where to start...FHA? Conventional? Closing Costs? Earnest Money? I had no clue where to begin. It was intimidating.
After calling a few Agents and receiving little to no direction, I came across Shawanda. She immediately began to give me so much information. She explained the different terms, credit scores, the timeline, etc. Her energy and willingness to provide so much information was amazing. I learnt more from her in that initial 10 minute phone call, than anything I googled or anyone I spoke to months prior.
What I appreciated the most was that she didn’t quickly rush me to a lender to see if I was preapproved before offering guidance. Instead, she took time answering my questions and giving sound advice.
My husband and I enjoyed her transparency and commitment to our family during this process. She was never late for a meeting and provided several updates throughout the process.
I am so thankful God allowed for us to cross paths.
