About Shawn
Shawn Dunne is a dedicated Real Estate Broker Associate with Compass 30A, proudly serving Florida’s Emerald Coast and the Alabama Gulf Coast. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Shawn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Alabama before relocating to Destin, Florida, in 2009. Prior to entering real estate in 2018, he spent 23 years in the boutique and fine wine distribution industry, developing a strong foundation in brand development, negotiation, and relationship building.
Today, Shawn specializes in investment properties, second homes, and primary residences. His passion lies in helping clients achieve their real estate goals, confidently navigate transactions, and develop strategic approaches to building long-term wealth through real estate. Known for his straightforward approach, extensive market knowledge, and commitment to his clients, Shawn believes successful real estate transactions are built on trust, communication, and lasting relationships.
