In addition to his brokerage experience, Shawn previously served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Greentree Homes, giving him a unique perspective on new construction, builder strategy, pricing, and the sales process from the builderās side of the table. Shawn attended St. Johnās College High School in Washington, DC, where he had the opportunity to work alongside legendary coaches Joseph Gallagher and Morgan Woottenāan experience that instilled discipline, preparation, and a competitive mindset early on. He went on to attend The Catholic University of America, earning his B.A. in Political Science while serving on the menās basketball staff under Bob Valvano for three years.
Shawn lives in New Market, Maryland with his wife Erin and their three boys, and takes pride in building long-term relationships with his clientsāmany of whom return to work with him multiple times and refer their friends and family.
