I’m often told I have a gift for reading people; putting myself in someone else’s shoes has always come naturally to me. That is part of what drew me to my work in behavioral health and social-emotional learning before transitioning to real estate. 

I have found that the combination of high EQ and superb organizational skills have been the keys to my success as a Realtor. Clients trust me and feel supported through a complex process that requires careful oversight, nuanced market analysis, and deft negotiation. I’m so grateful to work with amazing people, many of whom have become good friends after closing escrow. And I love the community of agents, vendors, and other professionals whose combined efforts ensure my clients’ satisfaction. 

First-time homebuyers have a special place in my heart. When they shake their heads in disbelief at how easily the transaction flowed, all I can do is smile and give a celebratory hug or high five. Helping folks build wealth through wise real estate investments is rewarding, whether it’s their first or tenth purchase. 

For clients choosing to move or downsize, my discerning eye allows me to excel in listing prep, design choices, and suggestions on how to get the highest financial return possible. Everyone knows that home sales can be emotional; I do whatever’s needed to make this process smooth. As a guide and advocate, I stay focused on my clients’ needs. Simply put: How can I make their transition to the next chapter in life sweeter? 

I love taking people’s photos for fun when not on the go. Music is another passion; I’ve been to several concerts. Several hundred! To relax, I stroll around my neighborhood with Cannoli, my Dachshund, drive north to visit Sonoma County friends and family often, hang out in my yard and garden, or cook a delicious meal for loved ones. 

Although I now call Alameda home, I’ve spent the last twenty years in the Bay Area, mostly living in Oakland, but was born and raised in the North Bay in beautiful Sonoma County. I have a love, familiarity and appreciation for all of these areas, it would be a delight to share favorite haunts. I can’t wait to help you find your joy here, too!
