As a licensed real estate agent in both Washington State and Arizona, I bring a unique dual-market perspective to every client I serve. Splitting my time between the Olympia area and the West Valley of Arizona, I understand the lifestyles, neighborhoods, and opportunities that attract buyers and sellers in both regions.

Living in a 55+ community in Goodyear has given me firsthand experience and insight into the features and amenities that matter most in active-adult living. Whether clients are relocating, downsizing, or searching for a seasonal home, I’m passionate about helping them find the perfect fit.

My husband and I share a blended family of six adult children and four wonderful grandchildren, and family remains at the heart of everything I do. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me enjoying an active lifestyle—playing pickleball, biking, paddleboarding, hiking, walking, reading, boating, or traveling. I also love being involved in our vibrant community at Estrella Mountain Ranch and connecting with the people who make it such a special place.
