Since 1997, Shaylee practiced law in both California and Colorado. Her practice areas include real estate litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant transactions, corporate formation, Federal and State securities regulation, investment adviser compliance, and general contracts. She also extensive experience in helping manage her family’s commercial and residential real estate holdings.
Prior to joining Compass, Shaylee worked as a registered investment advisor compliance consultant and as general counsel for a start-up technology firm.
