With a career defined by a twenty-year "creative zig-zag" through branding, design, and entrepreneurship, Sheana brings a versatile and seasoned perspective to the team. Her background spans publishing, tech, healthcare, and startups, where she mastered the art of turning complex ideas into stories that truly connect. As a "lifelong student of people," she believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to messaging—a philosophy she now applies to leading our powerhouse marketing department. Working alongside our Creative Director, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Videographer, Sheana oversees all lead generation initiatives and cross-platform campaigns. From elevating our brand identity to spearheading recruitment marketing that attracts top real estate talent, she focuses on solving interesting problems and driving growth.
A Vero Beach native through and through, Sheana is just as passionate about her life outside the office as she is about her career. When she isn’t strategizing the next big campaign, you might find her relishing a thunderstorm on the porch with a good book, planning her annual mission to "win" Halloween, or stopping traffic to pet a stranger's dog. She holds a black belt in Karate, is a former Florida State cheerleader, and loves spending time with her significant other, Geoffrey, and her three fur-babies: Fat Randy the cat, and dogs Bear and Luna. Whether she is exploring a new travel destination or dreaming of retiring on a sailboat, she brings energy, humor (and a healthy dose of sarcasm) to everything she does.
