About Sheila
I love real estate and I can't believe I have been in the business for over 25 years! Having started out as an agent in the suburbs of Chicago, I moved to DC 20 years ago and was thrilled to discover the many vibrant neighborhoods the District has to offer. As an agent, my favorite part of the job was finding a home that perfectly matched my client's personality and needs. I went on to open my own brokerage and until recently, ran one of the largest female-owned brokerages in the DMV. The experience of managing 45 agents was an incredible learning opportunity. I became involved in their sales and truly saw the good, the bad and the ugly of this business. My goal was to help them minimize any bad experience and create a seamless transaction for their clients. The knowledge I gained as a broker was invaluable. After 12 years I realized I was ready to return to my true love--helping buyers and sellers. I am so excited to work with my close friend and amazing business partner, Craig Cobine, as the other half of The Sheila and Craig Group. We share a rather obsessive need to provide the ultimate client experience!
