Sheila Mofrad

Sheila was born and raised in the East Bay, and has a BS in Business Administration from University of San Francisco. Prior to her career in real estate, Sheila worked for a number of corporations and gained extensive work experience in corporate sales, marketing and human resources. Her time in the corporate arena makes her a real estate natural as she brings those many skills to use in the highly competitive Bay Area real estate market. With an expertise in human resources, Sheila understands the meaning of teamwork, whether it's achieving a corporate goal or having the organizational skills necessary to market and successfully sell a family home.

Sheila's long professional relationship with Kate dates back to 2010, initially managing Kate’s construction company, then taking on more responsibilities as Kate's real estate business grew. For the past twelve years, Sheila has familiarized herself with all aspects of Kate's highly successful approach to real estate, and her responsibilities at Kate McCaffrey Group included ensuring regular communication between clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers on over 150 transactions as a Project Manager and Listing Manager.

Already an integral Kate McCaffrey Group team member for many years, Sheila is now combining her substantial interpersonal skills and real estate expertise to work directly with clients as one of Kate's newest Listing Agents. She looks forward to this natural transition into sales, and to working directly with clients to attain the best price for their home while making the process as stress-free as possible.

Sheila lives in Alameda with her husband Rod, daughter MacKenna and dogs Winnie and Maui. When not working, they value their time with friends and local family members, and enjoy cheering on the SF 49ers and attending UC Berkeley football games (Go Bears!).
