About Sheila
Sheila Stoltz was raised in Irvington-on-Hudson, New York. She attended The Hackley School and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in 1985, Harvard College in 1989, and Harvard Business School in 1994.

Sheila’s entire professional career has focused on real estate, including real estate finance, valuation analysis, and transaction execution: Sheila spent seven years at Morgan Stanley Real Estate and three years as a research analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management. She has been the #1 real estate agent in Bronxville for over a decade and ranked among the top 10 real estate agents in Westchester County for over a decade. In 2023, Sheila sold over $110 million dollars of real estate and was ranked the #3 agent in Westchester County.
