Sheila Stoltz was raised in Irvington-on-Hudson, New York. She attended The Hackley School and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in 1985, Harvard College in 1989, and Harvard Business School in 1994.
Sheila’s entire professional career has focused on real estate, including real estate finance, valuation analysis, and transaction execution: Sheila spent seven years at Morgan Stanley Real Estate, three years as a research analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, and has been the #1 real estate agent in Bronxville for over a decade. In 2020, Sheila sold over $85 million dollars of real estate and was ranked the #4 agent in Westchester County.
Sheila is an accomplished golfer and racquets player, and a member of The Bronxville Field Club and Saint Andrews Golf Club in Hastings-on-Hudson. Sheila lives in Bronxville with her husband Murray and their three children McKenna, Conner, and Molly. McKenna is a sophomore at Cornell and pursuing a career in real estate. Sheila is most excited to have Mckenna join her real estate business at Compass.
