Shelby Bay brings a unique blend of experience, dedication, and a proven track record to the world of real estate. After a successful career in modeling, Shelby transitioned into real estate and quickly made her mark. In her first year, she joined our team, selling over $20 million in properties.

Shelby grew up in a small town in Michigan, but knew from a young age she wanted to move to Las Vegas and work in hospitality. She attended UNLV studying just that. While going to school full time and being an active participant in her sorority, she worked in the Aria hotel. There, she assisted in opening Michael Mina's restaurant, Bardot Brasserie. Eventually, she made her way out to Los Angeles as she was getting constistent modeling bookings from companies like Revolve and Guess.

In 2022 at the age of 24, she transitioned into the world of real estate and joined the team. She knew that she could use her now eclectic network of people from all around the country, and her love for providing incredible service to people to her advantage.

Shelby's ability to market for her clients is impressive. She loves to create her own personal content around her listings and posting them to her instagram, which she uses as an effective way to draw more attention and eyes to the property. She has amassed over 300k followers on just Instagram alone.

Her passion for real estate goes beyond the numbers - but it is worth noting that in her first few days on the Tracy Tutor Team she secured a $5,000,000 listing in Mount Olympus and sold it within the first week. She also has a record breaking property sale on Lake Sherwood for $11,000,000.
