With a background in corporate marketing and brand development, she brings a unique edge to real estate—empowering buyers and sellers with personalized service, strategic insight, and a data-driven approach.

Before entering real estate, Shelby led national business development and pipeline strategies for a corporate firm, traveling the country and helping teams grow through smart marketing systems. She earned her B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida and has been published in several luxury lifestyle magazines—an experience that sharpened her ability to craft data-driven strategies as well as tell compelling stories, a skill she now uses to market properties and build lasting relationships.
