With over 10 years in real estate, my journey started remodeling and flipping homes alongside my dad. That hands-on experience shaped how I evaluate homes—what adds value, how they function, and what truly makes them feel like home.

I’ve become a go-to expert for new construction in the Twin Cities West Metro, helping families who are outgrowing their current space create a home that better supports their lifestyle.

I help clients navigate new construction from start to finish—guiding builder, community, and floorplan decisions, advising on pricing, layout, and structural options, and strategically aligning the sale of their current home to maximize their overall investment.

While new construction is a strong focus, I work with buyers and sellers at every stage—purchasing, building, selling, or managing all three at once. Many of my clients come to me unsure of their next step—my role is to bring clarity, strategy, and a sense of calm so they can move forward with confidence.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom to two boys—Beckham (7) and Waylon (4). My husband Kyle supports the business on the marketing side, and we live on acreage in the west metro. When I'm not working, we’re spending time outside, walking/yoga, or heading to Downtown Wayzata (we love 6smith!).
