Shelley did a brilliant job selling our home in Sewickley Heights. We moved back from living overseas to Michigan leaving the house empty. Shelley not only worked hard to market the house during a difficult time to sell, she coordinated all of the activities involved with bringing the house up to meeting the items identified in the home inspection (which was extremely complicated). Shelley Clement, sales agent for Compass Real Estate Co., did a very professional job in representing our house and finding a buyer. She made a house tour to gain firsthand knowledge. Then quickly presented the recent sale prices of comparable properties helping us to establish an asking price. Within a few days a prospective buyer toured the house, made an offer, that we accepted. This was when Shelley went into high gear. After reviewing the 10-page home inspection report with us, she provided a list of tradesmen to perform the work. The deficiencies were remedied within two weeks; she knew reliable people who did good work. While staying touch with us almost daily, Shelley shepherded us through the paperwork leading up to the closing in less than two months.
