Shelly Hall was born in Lubbock, Texas and raised in the Houston suburbs. In 1986, Shelly moved to Austin, TX and considers Austin her home. Shelly’s career consisted of outside sales where she excelled in her field while creating lasting relationships with her contacts. This experience led her into the Real Estate arena where she is able to utilize her extensive sales techniques. Shelly is very much a “people-person” and always portrays a happy, positive outlook to any situation. This trait, coupled with her real estate experience, has proven to be very successful, not only in home sales but also in establishing and maintaining solid, client relationships which has resulted in personal referrals over the years.
Shelly has been married for 17 years and has a wonderful 16 year-old son, Cory. She enjoys her family and long-time friends. She is an animal lover and has been known to rescue and adopt “pets” when in distress. She is very familiar with the Austin area and suburbs and stays abreast of the ever-changing real estate market so that she can provide her clients with the latest market analysis and financial options to help them find their “perfect” home.
Shelly’s personal goal is to satisfy the expectations of the home buyer/seller, earning their trust and friendship during the process, and is passionately committed to growing her business maintaining a positive attitude and solid reputation with her clients and peers.
Originally from central Ohio, Michele moved to the Austin area in 1985. After several years in the restaurant business, she fulfilled her longtime goal of obtaining her real estate license in 2005. During her first full year in real estate, she successfully closed 19 transactions and was named "Rookie of the Year" by her former broker.
Michele understands that buying or selling a home is a very important decision, therefore, she prides herself on honesty, communication and accessibility throughout the entire process. She views the opportunity to help people with their real estate needs as both exciting and rewarding. During her career, Michele has sold homes from Kyle to Georgetown, Hutto to Bertram and everything in between, though she specializes in lake property. As a resident of the North Lake Travis area, Michele spends the majority of her time in and around the lake. She knows the numerous areas around Lake Travis and what each has to offer.
Michele’s personal goal is to exceed the expectations of her clients. She has built lifelong friendships during her career and looks forward to those she will meet in the future. Michele resides in Lago Vista with her three children, Arysun, Avery, and Bronson. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake, traveling, and live music.
