Shelly Tretter Lynch

Shelly Tretter Lynch is considered one of the top real estate professionals in Greenwich, Connecticut. She recently joined Compass as a Founding Member of the Greenwich office and will be a Founding Member of the future Nantucket, MA office. With over 25 years of experience with properties from backcountry to waterfront communities, she consistently represents some of the finest estates in Greenwich and Fairfield County. She had been with Sotheby's International Realty as a Senior Global Advisor and top 0.5% of the company worldwide. Shelly has been acknowledged by the Wall Street Journal as one of the Top 50 Agents in the United States for dollar volume, Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America and noted by The Real Deal as one of the top five brokers in Westchester County and in Connecticut for 2017.  Shelly has been the top broker for Compass Connecticut in 2019, 2020, and 2021.  She is consistently dedicated to customer service, Shelly enjoys working in every facet of real estate with an extensive background in land development, planning and new construction, and investment opportunities. She has formed a global partnership with the top brokers around the world. Shelly earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Arts and has conducted graduate work in Film Studies. Shelly is a very active and involved member of several local charitable organizations and sits on a number of charitable boards. She lives in Greenwich with her husband and two children and is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors®.
