Sherry Chen is a San Diego native whose passion is to help her clients build long-term wealth through real estate. Her ability to go above and beyond to service her clients have earned her the Gold Award from the San Diego Association of Realtors in 2021, as well as the highly coveted Rising Star Award form the California Association of Realtors in 2022.
Specializing in first-time homebuyers, 2-4 unit multifamily properties, and real estate investing she offers a well-rounded skillset that helps her clients make smart, data-driven financial decisions in real estate. Additionally, she is an expert in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and has helped both first-time homebuyers and real estate developers identify properties with maximum potential.
She is proud to be a member of the highly-esteemed Kappel Realty Group, a Platinum award-winning team and voted one of the top teams in San Diego County.
Prior to real estate, Sherry was a digital marketer specializing in Search Engine Optimization and helped grow Fortune 500 business online. The ability to make data-driven decisions paired with the fast-paced environment of tech, is an edge that helps her continue to go above and beyond in helping her clients make life-changing decisions today when buying a home or investment property.
Sherry is a UCLA graduate with a degree in Psychology and former pastry chef (with a killer banana bread recipe). In her free time, you’ll probably find her at one of San Diego’s many farmers markets sourcing ingredients for her next dish.
