"First, I met Sherry about 2 years ago when I went to an open house in the Hudson Bend area. I had such a great chat with her and was so impressed with her knowledge of the lake area that I took her card and kept it. I knew that she was the person that could really help us sell our older lake house because she understood the importance of the entire property, not just the house.
So, when we decided to sell our house in Spicewood on the Pedernales River, I called her, and she even remembered our meeting several years ago. My husband and I met her at the house, and from the first meeting, it was obvious that our wishes for desired outcomes were her main priority. This was really a first for us. So many realtors just try to talk you out of what you want, and Sherry was always working with us to achieve a common goal.
Because the house was older, Sherry was very helpful in giving us various yard, septic, and servicemen references. They were all great and such a help in this busy market where help is stretched thin. Also, I don’t think there was ever a question she couldn’t readily answer or give us a reference to call for the answer. We never felt “on our own” in this adventure. It took a lot of work to get the house ready by Memorial Day, and I truly know that we could never have done it without Sherry’s help.
Sherry is more of a real estate coach than just a realtor. She brings so much experience and knowledge, and contacts to the table. On top of all that, Sherry has an upbeat, fun personality. There were days we were exhausted from getting things ready in a short time, but we were still laughing in conversations with Sherry. And she was always complimenting our progress.

The story actually begins over three years ago when it was necessary for me to move out of my home and into an apartment. My daughter suggested that I call Sherry.
