Sheryl Snyder Joined Compass in 2018. Sheryl was previously at another Malibu brokerage firm were she was named in the Top 1% of more than 47,000 Realtors worldwide for 4 consecutive years.

Sheryl is one of greater Los Angeles’ most successful real estate agents with over 25 years of experience.

Sheryl along with her husband John have combined residential, commercial and land sales of over $1B — which includes sales and representation in the Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice and nationally.

Sheryl is a Malibu native, attending local schools and growing up in a real estate-oriented family who owns, develops and manages properties in the U.S., including the development of the renowned Malibu Riding and Tennis club. At one time, Sheryl’s family was one of the largest land owners in Malibu, controlling over 450 acres within the city limits. Sheryl is a graduate of FIDM, (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) where she majored in marketing. Sheryl's broad real estate background originates from her long time association with Standard Management Company in Los Angeles, where she is a member of Standard’s Real Estate Committee advising on purchases, sales and development of income properties.
