About Shiann

A Native to San Diego, Shiann has been helping families sell and buy home for over a decade. Her career began in 2008. The housing market began to crash, and she quickly learned to pivot and persevere in one of the most challenging housing markets in history. She helped families and individuals successfully execute the sale of their homes many of which were "short sales". Also during that time, she helped serve her customers by assisting them with loan modifications, and got extensive experience in bank foreclosures, REO and investment properties. With a lasting career Shiann has seen the lows and the highs of the real estate market. Knowing how to navigate different housing markets while serving her clients at the highest level possible is one of Shiann's competitive advantages. She has extensive experience helping clients sell and buy homes in North County San Diego. Shiann is knowledgeable, professional, skilled, a good listener and delights in creating an extraordinary experience for each of her clients.

Shiann lives in her hometown of Encinitas, CA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, playing pickleball, swimming in the ocean at her favorite local beaches (Seaside and Swamis), hiking, biking to local coffee shops and bringing joy to everyone she meets.
