Shirin Petty

Shirin Petty is a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in finance and marketing. She earned her Finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin and began her career in the prestigious Executive Training Program at Chase Manhattan Bank. During her tenure there, she not only gained in-depth experience in business, negotiations, sales, and marketing, but also earned her MBA with honors from University of St Thomas executive program—an advanced degree offered exclusively to executives holding management positions where they spent 21 days in Taiwan and Hong Kong evaluating and analyzing 25 different companies.

At Chase, Shirin led high-level marketing campaigns with budgets ranging from $20 to $50 million across the Tri-State area and Texas. Her work frequently took her to Manhattan, where she managed regional strategies and built a strong reputation for results-driven leadership.

Later, Shirin transitioned from banking to real estate, applying her corporate expertise and people-centric approach to a successful career in both commercial and residential real estate. With over 15 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, she has specialized in selling commercial properties and high-end residential homes
