As a former CPA and tax accountant, who opened and operated a successful business, Shiva has spent her entire career acquiring the skills that make her a successful, sought-after agent. Her extensive background in finance makes her a qualified negotiator, who tirelessly advocates for her clients. Her marketing expertise enables her to highlight the best features of her clientsā€™ homes to achieve maximal market exposure. Shiva recognizes the complexity of real estate transactions; to combat this she builds relationships, utilizes her problem-solving skills, and follows a self-created systematic process to ensure the smoothest journey possible for her clients.
