For more than 15 years, I have guided clients through some of their most meaningful financial and lifestyle decisions, representing over $320 million in career sales across Fairfield and New Haven Counties. My work is defined not only by production, but by preparation, strategy, discretion, and a strong command of the market. I bring that perspective to both buyers and sellers, along with skilled negotiation, thoughtful guidance, and a level of service designed to protect my clients’ interests at every stage. My experience spans traditional residential sales, investment properties, and work with builders, each bringing a distinct layer of perspective to the way I approach the business. Through my own experience as a real estate investor, I understand the financial side of investment properties and what needs to make sense from both a numbers and long-term value perspective. In working with builders, I understand the importance of ensuring the numbers align from acquisition through resale, while keeping a clear eye on what today’s buyers are looking for in a home, from layout and location to condition, lifestyle, and long-term appeal.
As a lifelong Fairfield resident, I bring deep local knowledge and a firsthand understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area so special.
Personal Fairfield has always been home, and I am proud to be raising my son in the same community where I grew up. Outside of real estate, I enjoy time with family and friends, hosting holidays, discovering local restaurants, hiking, and sponanous trips into New York City. Giving back to the community I serve is also deeply important to me, and I am proud to serve on the President’s Council for the Norma Pfriem Breast Center, supporting fundraising and awareness efforts that directly benefit local families.
