About Sia

Sia Etminan has been a DMV resident since he was 6 years old, and he's lived in all three areas, DC, Maryland and Virginia. He has a skillset that enhances his value as a real estate agent -- background in construction (from his Dad) and engineering (from his education). This knowledge and experience give him the ability to see more than the surface of properties, and his clients benefit from his expertise. With over 8 years in residential real estate, Sia has worked with buyers and sellers, first-timers and savvy investors. He loves learning about other people, and his genuine interest in his clients shows.

Currently living in Montgomery County, Sia focuses his personal time on a healthy lifestyle, a challenging stock market, and a rebuilding Capitals hockey team. But it's mostly about the business -- Sia Etminan enjoys real estate. He has a soft spot for clients with lots of questions, he's patient with them.
