Siena DeFranco Smith

Siena DeFranco Smith grew up in Fairfield County in a family of builders and designers, spending much of her childhood visiting construction sites and developing an early appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and the homebuilding process. 

She later moved to Manhattan, where she attended Parsons School of Design, and was honored with the Designer of the Year Award. Siena went on to build a successful career working with well-known fashion brands, further sharpening her eye for design, detail, and quality. 

Today, Siena brings that design expertise together with her deep knowledge of Fairfield County to help clients find homes that truly fit their lifestyle. She has a particular passion for helping individuals and families transition from Manhattan to Connecticut, guiding them through the process with insight, creativity, and a strong understanding of both markets.
