"“My husband and I purchased our first home in October 2016 and had the pleasure of working with Silke Stearns as our buying agent. We moved to the Bay Area four years ago, and in that time welcomed three children into our family. Before too long our two-bedroom apartment was quickly getting too small for our growing family, and we began longing for a larger place and a home to call our own. Yet the idea of buying a first home seemed like a dream in the California housing market, and our trepidation only grew as we monitored the limited properties on Zillow and Redfin.
