Our experience with the Simmonds Team was exceptional! John Simmonds really listened to what we were looking for and led us to our dream home. Once he realized we were set on a particular house he wasted no time negotiating a deal for us. The whole process was very enjoyable. We never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. John was very patient with us as we figured out exactly what would work for us. He also taught us many things as we were new to the area. He made us feel like we were his only client. "Absolutely masterful service from start to finish. Amy and her team were fantastic through the 1.5 years we worked with them while renting and then ultimately selling our house. When we moved out of town, she and her team kept us up on the local market, and also took care of the home and various appointments from different service folks/showings. From the pictures, to the showings, to understanding the local market, and then ultimately negotiating (she's a veteran and even helped the other broker manage her client) to a final deal, all of these qualities shined through.
