A Manhattan resident since the age of 12, Simona has an incredible understanding of the market from both personal and professional perspectives. She loves her work, and enjoys sharing knowledge necessary to help buyers and sellers make smart decisions with their homes and with their investment properties. Simona is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton where she received a degree in Philosophy, Politics and The Law (Pre Law) with a minor in International Studies.

Originally from Romania, Simona grew up in Midtown West and then lived on the Upper West Side and in the Financial District for many years. As her family quickly grew, Simona moved to Forest Hills, Queens with her husband Harry, and their four sons Alexander, Harrison, Michael and David. Her passion for real estate is equaled only by her love for New York City.
