Simone’s passion for the real estate industry flourished while purchasing her first home at the age of 26. She is proud of the fact that she was born and raised in San Francisco and relocated to the Oakland and Berkeley area -- where she has resided for the past 20 years. Simone offers extensive knowledge of the many neighborhoods that Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, and El Cerrito have to offer. She has assisted homebuyers and homesellers in all price ranges throughout all of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Her personal interest include traveling to new places, dining at local restaurants with friends, and hiking with her dog, Bailey, in the many East Bay regional parks.
