She is honest, straightforward and not easily flummoxed. Her emotionally generous and charismatic personality makes the complexities of the real estate journey seem much less daunting.

The relationship lives on beyond the collaborative process, with Simone carrying forward Debra’s legacy of working closely with her clients, developing enduring relationships and still maintaining an ever-growing list of trusted resources for her clients, from painters and home organizers to babysitters and pet groomers. 

Prior to joining Compass, Simone was a part of the Debra Kameros Team at another brokerage and was delighted to become a part of Compass in its early days. Before her career in real estate, she owned a graphic design business, focusing on non-profit organizations, whose print projects provided many challenges. This experience translates well to working in real estate—solving a different kind of puzzle of matching client with property. Simone understands your desires and requirements, and with an eye for architecture and design, she’s able to visualize the hidden possibilities in every property.

A native of New York City and graduate of Stuyvesant High School, Simone studied architecture and graphic design at Syracuse University. She continues to do pro bono design work for several non-profits. She is passionate about the architecture and history of Manhattan, and discovering hidden delights throughout the city, especially downtown. Simone is a founding member of her Chelsea Block Association’s Board of Directors, was on the Board of Directors of an organic farm's CSA for 10 years, and volunteers at a homeless shelter with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time in Fire Island with family and friends and loves to travel. Simone is a longtime resident of Chelsea and the mother of two delightful adults.
