"Siu first helped me purchase my first condo in Boston in the summer of 2012. Since then, he has helped me with the purchase of three other units within the area. He clearly understands the Boston real estate market very well. Throughout the process, he has been extremely proactive, thoughtful and patient.
For my three rental units, Siu helped me find tenants within a very short period of time, even in the middle of the winter when the rental market is generally slower. He also assisted the tenants with the move-in process. He essentially took full responsibility of the move-in process and provided me with updates. He is always proactive and resolves potential issues before they turn into problems. I can’t remember a time where he communicates an issue to me without a proposed solution. With the help of an agent like Siu, I haven’t had to spend nearly as much effort on these rental units as I anticipated.
Last summer, in particular, my tenants for one of the unit were moving in but they were unsatisfied with the apartment condition. "Initially I was hesitant to diversify funds and expand into the real estate investing realm. This was due mainly to the potential frustrations of having to deal with high pressure sales from real estate agents, and negotiating deals when I was unable to physically be present for the transactions, as I am an out-of-state investor.
