"Somer is the absolute best realtor in Houston. We bought our home with her 5 years ago after meeting her at an open house that we stopped by on a whim. She was professional and everything went smooth with that purchase so she was our first call when it came time for us to sell. She was flexible and worked with us to set a meeting time for the initial meeting. We had to reschedule several times due to my work schedule and she was able to accommodate each time. She arrived at our home well researched and with a strong knowledge of the market in our area, greater Houston, and the market at this time of year / in this economy (September - October time frame). "Somer was recommended to us in May 2013, when my soon-to-be husband and I were seeking a rental home. Once we contacted her, she immediately took the lead in finding homes for us, and setting us appointments to visit. She visited 6 different rental homes with us until we finally settled on one. We were so impressed by her willingness to work so hard to find us the right house, though she would make little commission off of a rental home.
