About Sonia
Sonia works in partnership with Anthony Hanchett. The core of Sonia’s business is people. Her approach to working with her clients is one met with nurture and care while having a compassionate and friendly personality. She shares in the celebrations, frustrations, sorrows, and the joys with each person she partners with. As a believer in God and a member of The Austin Stone church, she conducts her business with integrity based on the moral values of her faith. This is the foundation for her success.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, she moved to Pennsylvania and worked as an engineering consultant for Jacobs Engineering Group. After working in corporate for a few years, she decided to fulfill her passion for people and her dreams of being in real estate. Sonia returned back to Texas and received her professional real estate license.
She now resides in Austin, Texas, where her tech expertise has allowed her to commingle and give her clients the best service and information. Sonia acts as a consultant and expert in negotiations between buyers and sellers. She offers full-cycle services to her clients from start to close. As a project engineer, he managed the build and maintenance of multi-million dollar assets.
