I'm fairly timid when it comes to these things, so giving me advice was a big help, especially when it came to negotiations on our initial offer and later addendum, such as when we got the inspection done. With her help, we were able to save about 15k in total over what I would have attempted to get for myself. We had a troublesome lender (very slow to give updates, sometimes two weeks before responding to a request), and Sonia helped escalate issues with them and the title company, which was a huge help as we were under a very strict time crunch.
