I was looking for an apartment in Downtown Austin during a time when Austin was experiencing a seller's market that included bidding wars and rapid inventory turnover (February 2022). After walking through a few available condos, Sonya understood exactly what I was in the market for. She called me on a Friday morning to let me know of a condo that had just been listed that morning. She stated it was just what I was looking for in a highly sought-after building but advised me that we would have to move quickly if I was interested. She arranged for a viewing that day, we made an offer that Saturday and she negotiated to have the contract signed by that Sunday. This was a very fast-paced (but productive!) weekend and she managed to keep me calm during the entire process. Had Sonya not urged for the contract to be signed that weekend, I would have lost out on this condo as an offer for $25,000 more was made the next day.
