Sophia brings a distinctive combination of market knowledge and creative instinct to New York City real estate. Working across Manhattan and Brooklyn, she represents buyers and sellers in a wide range of transactions.
Prior to her career in real estate, Sophia studied sculpture at the Corcoran College of art and design, an experience that cultivated her discerning eye for form, proportion and space. That background continues to shape the way she approaches property today. With an innate understanding of proportion, composition, materials, light and spatial flow, Sophia has a particular ability to see both what a home is and what it could be.
Her creative background is especially valuable when representing sellers. Sophia takes a highly considered approach to property presentation, from staging and visual storytelling to positioning a home for the market. She understands that the way a property is presented can fundamentally change the way a buyer experiences it, and works closely with her clients to make sure every detail supports the larger story of the home.
For buyers, that same eye allows Sophia to look beyond finishes and recognize quality, potential, and value. Combined with a data-driven understanding of the market and a strong instinct for negotiation, she helps clients evaluate opportunities clearly and navigate the complexities of buying in New York with confidence.
Sophia believes the strongest client relationships are built on trust, candor, and listening carefully before acting. Her approach is personal and collaborative, but always strategic. Whether negotiating an offer, preparing a property for market, or guiding a client through an unexpected turn in a transaction, she is known for remaining composed, resourceful, and focused on the end goal.
