Sophia Elghanayan

As a key member of the Hudson Advisory Team, New York City’s top-ranked team, Sophia Elghanayan holds a deep understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods. Born and raised in NYC, and having lived on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Tribeca, and the Financial District, she expertly navigates the complexities of the real estate market, helping clients find their ideal homes and achieve successful transactions. Sophia prioritizes educating her clients about the market and various neighborhoods, ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the process.

Prior to her real estate career, Sophia studied photography and psychology at the College of Charleston. She later worked in fashion and event planning, where she sharpened her organizational skills and developed an eye for aesthetics—attributes that seamlessly enhance her work in real estate. Her interest in development and architecture, shaped by her family’s involvement in the industry, ultimately led her to pursue a career in this field.

Presently residing in Tribeca, Sophia is known for her outgoing personality and commitment to building strong connections with colleagues, clients, and neighbors. Outside of work, she enjoys running, Pilates, discovering new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and taking her dogs, Darcy and Daisy, to Hudson River Park. As a devoted animal lover, she also regularly fosters dogs and cats, reflecting her compassionate spirit.
