Growing up around my family’s stone quarry and construction business in Malaysia gave me an early appreciation for construction and real estate. That foundation shapes how I help clients ask informed questions about construction, permits, maintenance, and a property’s potential. I also connect clients with qualified professionals for technical evaluations and trusted Bay Area contractors when needed.

My background includes more than 15 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac care. In an environment where details matter and decisions carry weight, I learned to listen carefully, think critically, and remain composed under pressure. I bring those qualities to real estate through thoughtful preparation, clear explanations, and a direct, professional approach to difficult issues.

Coming to the U.S. as a foreign student under the care of a local guardian shaped my independence and resilience. It also taught me the value of having someone dependable in your corner during a significant transition.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka, and Bahasa, I bring cultural understanding to my work and take time to understand how each client defines home, opportunity, and success.
