Soulmaz Panahi offers her clients an extraordinary combination of cool-headedness, care, and project management skills, bringing both high energy and a sense of calmness to every real estate experience. And with a strong data-driven mindset, she helps her clients fully understand the market in order to make the most informed decisions possible. Before transitioning to real estate, Soulmaz worked as a sales, marketing and project manager for the Taiwan-based multinational company AsusTek Computer Inc. There she promoted and launched new generation high-end products and eventually rose to become the Vice President of its Tehran division. Prior to that, she received her degree in textile design and started a successful business with her sisters where she incorporated ancient Persian art elements into modern clothing design.

Soulmaz was born and raised in Tehran, Iran where she met her husband. They moved their family to Berkeley in 2014 where her husband had previously lived for more than 30 years. She loves the East Bay, the diversity and sophistication of its residents, and the beauty of the natural and built environments, particularly the unique architecture of its lovely homes.

After moving to Berkeley, Soulmaz started her real estate career working under the leadership of one of the Bay Area’s largest and most successful independent brokers, Red Oak Realty. She mentored there with The Leaper Team, including Pat Leaper, one of the founders of Red Oak, who has more than 40 years of experience conducting over a thousand transactions. Soumaz brings this invaluable experience and deep know-how to all of her clients. Her years of training, in combination with her experience in project management, design, marketing and sales, enable Soulmaz to be much more than the typical realtor.
