About The Southbound Group
The Southbound Group is an all-female-owned and operated real estate team in Middle and East Tennessee. Consisting of 12 members, the team started out with solo agent, Jessi Sgarlata, in 2005. Over the years the team has added Buyer’s Agents, administrative support, marketing and relocation roles. The Southbound Group was formed out of necessity as the Nashville market grew and business doubled year over year. With the fast pace of the market, there was no way the high quality of service they set as a standard could have been met without a team of professionals working together.
